APtBS was amazing when I saw them 2 years ago, definitely a band who can rip your ears off. I'm seeing this show too! I've seen Joy Formidable and APtBS and I know they're excellent live. March 23rd in Cincinnati is Joy Formidable, APtBS, and ExitMusic. I wanted to bring up the second opener because they are also really good. So far they only have an EP and a single, check it out. ExitMusic is a husband wife duo, and the wife, she plays Angela in Boardwalk Empire. I know that face So I'm really excited for that concert.

Jewellers - Lakeswimmer Self described as electronic ambient electronica funk soul. This album has all the perfect sound textures and little effects and in all the right combination to hook into my brain. I've enjoyed this countless times so far this year. Looking around on the internet there is hardly anything out there about it. In a good way.

Full album stream for Joy Formidable - Wolf's Law is up at rolling stone. And even more of the fantastic rock sound they had on the first album. It's really good. Also, if they have a show near you, make sure you go, they are absolutely killer live.
