Female singer, indie rock band from England. Sort of a 90s MBV guitar squall going on in a lot of their songs which I loving love, if they tour through my neck of the woods I'm going.

This woman has a very, very powerful voice. Sort of the antithesis of many soft, whispered vocals in alot of indie rock bands, this girl loving belts it out. And she is a superb guitarist.

And I don't know if Cold Cave counts as indie anymore, since alot of people probably know about them by now. Suicide, Depeche Mode, The Cure and Sisters of Mercy all had a hot sweaty orgy, and Cold Cave is the love child.
