Vashti Bunyan is an artist I've been listening to a lot recently. She's got this beautiful haunting voice that just never gets old. Nothing too complex about the sound, but it all works together to create something that's I just keep playing. Pretty strange career too, after her first album failed to take off, she got discouraged and gave up on the whole thing. Over the next 30 years, she gained a cult following and copies of the album became a collector's item. After figuring out that people actually liked her poo poo, she started recording again.
