There appears to be a demo for the sim "Automation". Not sure if it's so much a racing or driving sim as engine building sim, but it still looks really interesting.

That cryengine 3 demonstration is amazing though... how come there aren't games being released with this? How about a Destruction Derby 3? (Dirt showdown doesn't count)
