I'm not a voice actor but I am a recording engineer, and I just tracked and edited a sizable VO project so I thought I would check this thread out. Normally I would spend time tracking full bands, which can be very finicky... A talented voice artist was a real pleasure to work with and I'm sort of keen on recording this stuff now. If anyone in this thread has recording-related questions I'd be happy to field them!
