Stephen King. Seriously, he's really, really good at the Lovecraft stuff, in my opinion. They're all short stories and seem to be in multiple collections/anthologies though, I don't know of any one book that has all of them. 1408 Crouch End Jerusalem's Lot I might be missing one more short story, but those are the three I recall.
