My friends over here in Brussels have a great label called Vlek. They just released a new maxi from lawrence le doux : http://shop.vlekdata.org/album/vlek16-lawrence-le-doux-terrestre Really enjoying it. I saw him live this weekend on a label party and it really killed. If you like it check out their other stuff, including their own band bepotel: http://bepotel.be/ Or one of the members solo project: sagat. He got famous for a while because Ben klock was dropping one of his tracks a lot. (this one: http://shop.vlekdata.org/album/vlek07-sagat-few-mysteries-solved-in-a-year-of-contact ).

It all feels a bit 'elitist' It's usually because one of their friends makes a silk screen print or something for the sleeve, and it's a lot of work to make more. Well, at least they make all their releases available for download. I went to a party a couple of weeks ago in brussels with a great retro synth band. They only sold like a 100 copies or something of their new album on cassette. If you missed it, tough.

Any of you of a good an affordable mastering and/or mixing studio you can send your tracks to? There is so much choice online, but without much experience it's tricky to know which ones are good.

Nothing on here is much newer than 2004 (aka when I quit buying vinyl ) Hey, you're the cycling enthusiast from back in the day in the dj mix thread! That's a superb mix, but it's almost hard for me to listen to. I have at least 6 of these tracks myself and played them a lot, it's uncanny. And all of them are linked to sometimes not so great memories, and the realization that all that dj stuff was a LONG time ago. Jesus, that Aubrey track was 20 years ago.

So, how about that new surgeon album, dead techno thread? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGqNtZOillg Also, a friend is gonna release his new album soon. Only one track available ATM, But it's pretty wild. Not really techno, but if there's a 'electronica' thread here, it must be pushed even further into the forgotten pages. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_OegMEM2kg Anyway, I can see this being used by a lot of dj friends as an opening track or something.
