A couple of people on overclock.net managed to get their hands on Ivy Bridge CPUs, apparently. Thread here. One of them is having trouble getting the chip past 4.5ish on what is apparently a fairly decent watercooling setup and the other is getting 4.5 and beyond on much lower voltages and on a Prolimatech Megahalems, but with temperatures between 70 and 85 during stress tests. I'm guessing the chip quality is going to be fairly variable on release.
