I was curious, the gf is getting her first paid internship (well interviewing) for a graphic design gig. They told her to send a salary requirement along with here references for her interview on Monday. The dilemma is she has no idea what to pitch back to them. She doesn't want to lowball herself, but she's afraid because it's only an internship if she goes too high they might just pass on her and go for someone else. This is in California, LA county, for factoring in living.
