I don't really understand why there isn't more talk from Labour about renationalising the trains. The system is so monstrously unpopular it'd be an easy vote winner and they could carry on privatising everything else in the meantime. I guess they don't want to do it but don't want to lose votes from not doing it so they try to keep it out of the discourse?

I never really understood how people (other than injured, kids and so on) managed to get hit by trains on foot crossings. Trains are pretty loud.
