Like, I get that it seems like Nvidia will overprice their cards, but why does it matter what % of a chip is disabled or anything like that, when ultimately you can judge what performance you're getting for a given cost?

New check in with Intel drivers, this time with 1% lows. https://youtu.be/IyFlXxw_VLk Good improvements in dx9, amazing increase in cs go specifically, but otherwise it’s pretty flat. They mention that drivers seem more stable, too
