I should be spending some time in Kansai while I'm in Japan as well, so if people know any places in Osaka/Kobe/Kyoto then I'll check those out too! If you end up in Hiroshima there's a Yellow Submarine with a small assortment of RPG things. It was mostly waifu CCGs when I was in there about two weeks ago, but they did have a couple shelves of Japanese and western RPGs as well. It's on the way to the Peace Park from the train station, in a shopping arcade.
