In Fight Club at the beginning of the film Edward Norton's character is asked if he has anything to say before he's shot and he says 'i can't think of anything...'. The movie then flashes back to tell the story of how things came to be. When it all comes full circle and we're back at where we began and again Norton is asked if he has anything to say this time he says 'i still can't think of anything...' 'ah, flashback humor'!
