For Prometheus, such a tiny touch that had no bearing on the plot or anything, just great detail:

When the camera goes to a close up of the 'blood' on David's fingertip, you can see a "W" stitched into his fingerprint.

Michael Fassbender is easily the best thing about Prometheus.

aw. I guess that takes away the subtlety now. I tried to make sure I didn't see anything about the movie before going into it. Great promo though.
