I can't think of a better writer for Archer & Armstrong than Fred Van Lente, and Duane Swierczynski is a pretty good fit for Bloodshot, too. I know some folks weren't too hot on his Marvel work but that description reads a lot closer to his (pretty consistently awesome) novels.
