I'm thinking of getting the HTC One V from Koodo because it's doesn't have a contract with the 35 dllrs city koodo unlimited long with the 5 dllrs data saver add-on (because that's the only one that the koodo webpage lets me add). I don't plan in using a whole lot of browsing of facebook but it's nice to have it in there in case I need it.

Is this the best I can get in Montreal without a contract and somewhat nice phones or are there better options?
