I'm sorry you didn't like it. I thought it was funny, the juxtaposition with the naked lady and the text sort of referencing the situation, but you're right, it's not really a glitch. I'll take them down. Sometimes, breathing calmly and slowly helps quell unnecessary rage. Just a tip!

The sex mod, I downloaded when I was drunk and it's pretty funny when it glitches out. Wait...who cares? Enough of this derail, please. If you really want to make a squawk over what Skyrim mods I download, PM me.

I know Bethesda games are famous for having terrible options for faces during character creation, but saying you wanted a 'hotter character'... probably not the best justification you could've made.

There's a debatably better Genesis sonic glitch that is the most amazing thing ever if you see someone do it live when you're 10. 1. Acquire Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 carts. 2. Perform Sonic 2 stage select code. 3. Rip Sonic 2 cart from Genesis while it's still on. 4. Insert Sonic 3 cart. Hit reset. 5. Sonic 3 stage select. It's the same general principle as Stop & Swop from Banjo Kazooie except it only relies on one bit being set, and that bit doesn't get automatically set to zero on power-on for some reason. Eventually I'll make a video of this if I ever get around to digging my genesis out. bringmyfishback posted:Someone gives a character in Oblivion a thousand pieces of venison, while a weird giant stomps around in the background. Yeah this isn't the glitch version, this is normal oblivion behavior for if you drop a huge stack of things. The glitch version is much funnier because the behavior is totally not normal. Tl;dr in the 1.0 release, you can nock an arrow, bring up your inventory and then switch your equipped quiver for anything you want. When you release you'll fire the entire stack of those instead of the arrow. The game displaces arrows when fired for some reason known only to Bethesda. I think its just better if we call this a video game oddities thread instead of piecing apart what constitutes a glitch and how intended it was by developer and player. All of these have been pretty funny and enjoyable, and i'm pretty sure that was one of the goals of the thread.

Haha, I've got that same mod, but I just downloaded it because I wanted my character to have sex with his wife. Talk about a sticky situation. But to each their own Anyhoo, I thought the screenshots were funny, and who cares if they were glitches strictly speaking? It's all out of the ordinary stuff from a game that makes you laugh. So don't listen to those goons who get all sensitive. They probably haven't been laid in so long that just the idea of sex pisses them off, haha. Peace.

I was the first. Oddly, I killed the one guard who was supposed to be there and ran away, and when I went back, they were all gone and never reappeared.

I found out about a glitch in Borderlands the other day where if you are playing the Siren class and fall off a cliff, you can enter phasewalk and your character will respawn with full health and shields but you won't have to pay the resurrection fee. This reminded me of the LEGO Star Wars glitch that worked in the first two games where if you're playing co-op and someone falls off a cliff, just as they die if they drop out and then sign back in, they respawn with no health hearts, but they are "alive" for all normal purposes and invincible until the end of the level.

That reminds me, there's a glitch at t-bone junction where if you drive off the edge but switch from driver to gunner seat mid-air you will live. Then you can switch back to the driver's seat and drive around. People who are up above can teleport to the gunner's seat just fine down there. You can drive through anything there, and there are various places where you can fall to a sub-level and then eventually just freefall under the map. My friends and I do this every time we play borderlands.

Borderlands also has the infamous glitch in the Armory of General Knoxx where you can fall through the floor and have infinite time to loot the entire armory. Best part is it's ridiculously easy to do, you just crouch in a specific spot.

What causes the Louis Letrush glitches, anyway? It's only ever him, so I'm guessing it's something about his scripting or reference ID, but it's just so weird.

What the hell game is this? The main character appears to be fighting a war against shrapnel. I understand how the glitch happens, it's a healing animation, and him "drowning" reduces his health, which he then recovers when he comes up for air. But some of those animations were strangely stomach churning.

Seems to take a while for him to clone himself though, it's been at least an ingame month and he's only cloned once so far.

Near as anyone in the old Skyrim threads could tell, Lotus is unique in that there are many different versions of him in the game code. Most NPCs are just a single, persistent person, but to ensure Lotus behaves the way the developers want him to, different versions of Lotus spawn in different places depending on what you do. The problem is that the game's engine is absolutely not designed to treat characters this way. Having more than one Lotus in memory confuses the hell out of it when it then tries to treat him like any other completely-persistent NPC. The most common glitch is that the game will somehow forget to despawn one version of Lotus when you're done with it, so you can end up with multiples of him in your world.
