Cauldrons are reliable one way phasing devices in Skyrim. Flip one over, put it on the floor, and jump on top. You will almost always fall through into the room below you! During cutscenes in Mass Effect 2, if you move the camera from its intended position with hacks, you can see how the devs "cheat" to make certain scenes work.

One of The Sims games had a similar bug when one of the expansions added vampire sims. If a vampire sim is outdoors during the day all of their need will drop super quickly and if they hit zero the sim dies. Normally this causes the sim to get inside as soon as the sun comes up, but if they are in an outdoor hot tub the need boosts given by the hot tub will cause the sims a.i. to stay in the tub. The boosts given by the hot tub aren't actually enough to counteract the sunlight so the sim drops dead as soon as they get out.

One of the expansions in Sims 2 added plantsims, who required sunlight to live. It was possible to become both a vampire and a plantsim simultaniously. The lifespan of such a creature was pretty much what you expect.

Even less than that. Nords/orcs, argonians/khajiit, and altmer/bosmer/dunmer had the same voices. I like to think the irritating elf voice is the canon reason for how back in Morrowind, even if you were a dunmer, the natives could tell you're an outlander and hate you.
