I got this one today playing Vindictus while creating a Fiona shortly after creating a Karok. For some reason what happened was Karok's features wound up getting placed on Fiona's character model creating a stocky bald woman missing a neck with a log phallus. http://imgur.com/tHySS http://imgur.com/I6enP

I always thought this one was pretty funny. The glitch from the intro of New Vegas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ToKIkw3LIoQ

I found out about a glitch in Borderlands the other day where if you are playing the Siren class and fall off a cliff, you can enter phasewalk and your character will respawn with full health and shields but you won't have to pay the resurrection fee. This reminded me of the LEGO Star Wars glitch that worked in the first two games where if you're playing co-op and someone falls off a cliff, just as they die if they drop out and then sign back in, they respawn with no health hearts, but they are "alive" for all normal purposes and invincible until the end of the level.

Brother Jonathan posted:From Bioware's Star Wars: The Old Republic, a problem with the character scripting: I think that was the first clip in this thread that I laughed out loud at. That was awesome. Thank you.

Waldorf Sixpence posted:Just had this happen to me in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Usually facial glitches are kind of 'meh' but the dialogue was killing me. Jedi aren't normally known for their horribly disfigured semi-transparent facial feature misalignments.

I've heard of CS: S servers having this issue with weapon switching, but I haven't seen it personally. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHYn5eSCsRs It's still funny.
