Rika actually has a really lovely relationship with her mom, because of Hanyuu effectively raising her. And in Matsuribayashi-hen, it's shown that Rika pretty explicitly knows that the Irie Clinic kills her parents, and doesn't really care. Part of that's definitely from the whole actually 100-years old thing, but still...
