True story:

I try to catch a Lehigh Valley or Reading minor league game whenever I'm up that way to see friends and family. One scorcher in the summer of '14, I was sitting behind two rather elderly ladies at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown. The aforementioned Hunnert-Mile' Giles was on the mound. One of the ladies remarked to her companion "my goodness, the weather is so variable!" And later "but it doesn't feel quite so hot as that!"

She had misapprehended the pitch speed display for the temperature.
