I'm a Canadian citizen applying for jobs in the US that would be eligible for a TN visa. I have a common law spouse who is also a Canadian citizen who probably wouldn't be eligible for a TN visa.

Is there any type of visa an employer could sponsor me for that would also allow her to work in the US? It seems like she would be able to enter on a TD visa if I had a TN, but that wouldn't allow her to work in the US.
