Fantastic. Any reason they don't have a sponsor? Is it that they're looking for one or that they reckon fans won't buy one with Venkeys on it?

Your pictures won't load for me, but I think number 2 on the link is Stewart Downing. Reminds me of a mentally handicapped guy I always see in my local Cineworld. He's always got full kit on, but he also carries 2 or 3 bags for life full of jerseys around with him and seems to change throughout the day. I saw him a while ago in a shop near the cinema with a Maxi shirt on and then again inside 10minutes later with his Shelvy one on.

Blue Screen Error posted:I was only half watching but didn't the ref play advantage and then the ball not go out of play for ages? And then he got booked for it when it finally did? If I remember right, he played a correct advantage, but when the ball went out, just gave the player a talking to, then booked him for another challenge shortly afterwards. Or am I mixing up two different incidents?

“You’ve heard of Superman, Spiderman and Batman… but now there’s a new superhero in town. “Newcastle United have today unveiled Whey Aye Man, a black and white caped crusader with the speed of Hatem Ben Arfa, the strength of Shola Ameobi and the reflexes of Tim Krul. “Ideal for nights out and stag dos, it will also make an eye-catching outfit for home and away games. "The costume is now available to buy in Club stores and Shearer's Bar, priced at £49.99." “It is part of the Club’s new range of fancy dress wear, for men and women which include the NUFC Second Skin and the NUFC Toon Tottie garments.” Second Skin: Toon Tottie: Classy.

I thought it was Jason McAteer doing co commentary on a Liverpool UEFA Cup game a couple of years ago, when it was really Jan Molby.
