I see poo poo like that at our bike shop too, with a sad twist. A lot of people neglect their cars, because they're just transportation appliances. But we see a lot of customers with mopeds come into our shop, and almost all of them are in love with the mopeds. It's like their girlfriend and their favorite guitar rolled into one. They can't live without it, and refuse to get rid of the unreliable dangerous pieces of poo poo (as they almost universally are) for something simple and useful like a 50cc Japanese scooter. But they hate to put any money or effort into the mopeds to keep them running good. Nobody checks their tire pressure, nobody ever oils their chains. They're in love with it but they treat it like poo poo. What the hell?

Not exactly a Mechanical Failure, not exactly a Cycle Picture. Not all that exciting, but pretty weird, a pretty bad idea, and I'd never seen it before. Homemade motorcycle tire retread. At least that's what I think it is. The carcass of the tire was thin as hell, more pliable than a Pilot Power.

Couldn't find the hellaflush thread, so here I am in this one. Went to a hellaflush show. I don't quite get the taste in colors the flush community has. I guess I kinda get their emoticons. I totally agree with this guy. Rock on, guy. Also there was an SLK Benz. This should really go in the other thread, cause SLK Benzes are awesome.

And the "gently caress em up bro, gently caress em up" at the beginning. The way he says it, so incredibly angry, as if he were talking about someone he just caught breaking into his house that he literally intended to kill with a bat or a crowbar. And not a bunch of girls he knew just sitting in another car over there.

The noise limits at NHMS vary depending on event, for reasons I don't understand. Our vintage bike races mostly have noise limits but of course NASCAR doesn't. Cause we're louder, obviously.
