Keller Williams's solo act is jammy and at times spacey, but whenever he teams up with other musicians and goes into band mode, usually things take on a grassier, more americana-esque feel. I'm partial to the trio act Keller & The Keels. Larry Keel is amazing on an acoustic. They do a magical cover of Drive By Trucker's Uncle Disney.
