No excessively made up names either - can't name someone Worpblox, they just won't let you put the kid into the civil registry, so he won't exist legally unless you choose a normal name. Changing a letter is usually fine, except for example if you were to name someone Herica/Eerica/Ericaa instead of Erica. Erika is fine, in that example.

My dad occasionally works with someone named Ben Dover, but I'm not sure if he's pulling my leg with that one.

My boss has the same first name and last name, but he's from Egypt. In Egypt people will have a long list of names, and immigration chooses the first, second, and third to be the first, middle, and last names, and his first and third happened to be the same.

I had an employee named "Muhammed al Muhammedawi" I loved having him around just so I could say his name.
