 Had a weird bug a minute ago. Tried to play an embedded video inside a tweet, video didn't play, chalked it up to Verizon being lovely and moved onto the next thread. While browsing the next thread, the video popped up and played.

iOS 10.3.3 on an iPhone SE, Awful 3.28.
