I find it an interesting and sadly smart move that Fox made by issuing that statement to CNN rather than doing it themselves. They know drat near none of their viewers are going to hear any statement about anything from CNN.

You have to go to court in Delaware to acquire title to abandoned property, which involves an attempt to reach its original owner, so no it was just straight stolen. Also the property has to be abandoned for a year so again, conversion considering the repair guy had it for alegedly less than a year.
