I'm debating between two relics for my Axton. One is a Vitality relic for +31.6% max health, which is worth about 8k more health at the moment. The other is a Proficiency relic for +28.6% cooldown rate for the turret, it shaves about 5 seconds off my current cooldown time.

Which one do you all think is more worthwhile?
