Say, how do you all collect guest readers? I don't know if I'm actually funny, but it'd be pretty cool to work on an episode with you guys. :shobon:

Adam Bozarth from Left-Handed Radio is the only really recurring guest we've had, and that's because our podcast and his went both participated in the Earwolf Challenge contest nearly two years ago. As participants, the experience sort of left a bad taste in our collective mouths, and there was a bit of commiseration there.

Other readers you've heard were likely content submitters for the Race for Ridiculism contest we held last year, and the "prize" for that was coming on and reading along with us as a one-shot guest. Early on we'd bring in folks we knew outside of the podcast to guest here and there if we were short, but it looks like we've moved away from doing that as often.

I guess what I'm trying to say is we don't really take guests out of the blue.

Thanks for the answer! I could definitely see how it'd become problematic. I'm sure if you guys opened the door now, it would be chaos. All in all, I'm more than happy to listen to the already fabulous cast on hand.

She's still around and with us! It just that she had a daughter, so she kind of has something more important going on than reading inflation porn in silly voices.

On a side note, if anyone's on the fence about taking the :10bux: plunge into our forums, I've compiled our own uglynoodles's series of stories about Denise into one easy-to-read digest thread, along with whatever I can archive from the golden age of Portal of Evil before Chet took it down. The money goes purely to take a small chunk out of server costs—nobody ever sees a dime of it, so don't worry that we're selling out, maaan.

Please come; we're starting to get some folks who found us through word of mouth that we read the poo poo they're into and decided to stick around. :psyduck: I'd like to see the ratio stay somewhat skewed to the side of somewhat socially-aware people with perspective.

...but I guess goons will have to do :rimshot:

Is Portaxx actually a woman? I assumed Portaxx was just an unfortunate man with a really high squeaky voice like me, and if he's a woman, than I really have no idol to look up to. :(

Portaxx is really a gal. Frank West is really a guy. I am really a synthesized amalgamation of every commercial announcer from the past 15 years.

I don't post there either.

I cannot believe I haven't picked up on this in eighty-some episodes, especially since she's one of my favorite contributors. I still blame my voice's similarities to hers, but even so. :psyduck:

Yeah, have fun with that one. I was recovering from illness and already feeling a little nauseous before recording. The initial parts were tolerable, but the incredible magnitude of grossness eventually wore on me. I really just had to keep my head down, later, and try not to think about what we were reading. I have no idea how we got through the whole thing without anyone quitting or vomiting.

Plus, our brave little Acier did the editing on it. He has listened through that monstrosity several times.

God bless him. He is a true man.

This av has been socialized, viva la Revolución

Best/worst episode...I counted the number of times I shuddered, which was only 8. In retrospect I shouldn't have listened before my lunch break, however it was worth it for the Acier impressions and the ending line of the maggot story.

I made the mistake of listening after eating a big dinner, never again.

I do have to praise your abilities to just find the most insane things ever and bring them to us. Anyone can google "Men's Rights" or "Otherkin" and find someone to laugh at, but it takes a special kind of internet wizard to find a dude who gets his dick stung my mosquitoes.

I'm not one to get sick from reading or hearing something, and this was no exception. However, I was pushing my legs together a lot during the maggot bit. Is there anybody who wasn't pushing their legs together during the maggot bit? Other than the people furiously masturbating to it anyway.

You know, there was a time I considered compiling some of the worst MLP stuff I could find and send it to you guys, but I decided not to because I thought exposing the readers to that kinda stuff was too cruel (and besides I'd have to trawl the internet looking for MLP poo poo and gently caress that).
Holy poo poo.

The best thing about that story is that guy thinks that things going into and coming out of your urethra would feel good. It's clearly not a masochism thing, he made no mention of pain. Maybe someday he'll try it, and then after spending a few hours on the floor recovering, regret encouraging it in his story.

Just started listening to The F Plus and you guys are great. The quality of the episodes is consistently excellent and like others have said, Bunnybread episodes are always a treat.

I have to say, I get a little sad when I listen to the conspiracy theory episodes because a lot of those folks seem to have legitimate undiagnosed mental illness.

Yeah, while the Gangstalkers episode was funny, I did recognise problems that I struggled with for years that turned out to be serious mental illnesses. So I'm always a little iffy about that kind of content. Fat supremacists, bug-fuckers, and paedos-in-denial are great though.

Dammit! I tried to drag the sexy quotient back up by doing an impression of AcierQuebecolotl but too much damage had already been done by Kelly 38D.

But I need my remaining ladies to keep writing disturbing fanfics about me and Alan Rickman/Barry White/Keith David. Where else will I find something to inoculate myself against the true horrors of our episode material?

If there are any members of the Playbread Bunnies (or their splinter group, The Bunnybroads) reading this, then you probably want to skip the next episode. I can't promise that Kelly 38D won't rear her elegant ladylike head, again.

Of course there is!

In my opinion, the most horrifying one is the Roosh V episode, where they discuss the blog of a dirty pick-up artist scumbag. It's horrifying.

And the weirdest one, without any offensive material, is the cling film+Roy Orbison fetishist.

Both are hilarious and rank amongst my top 10 episodes.

I'd totally forgot about Clingfilm-Roy Orbison. Gonna have to listen to that again now. Other personal favourites focusing on one person are the Joan Ocean episode and the Jonathan Lee Riches episode. Particularly the last, since it's full of more "celebrities are obsessed with me" insanity.
