It has been said already, but it is worth reiterating Daikokuya Ramen in Little Tokyo. I went there first thing after flying home for Christmas. I arrived on a Thursday night and the line was still 90 minutes long. It is cash only, so remember that if you decide to go. I highly recommend the Tsukmen version of the pork ramen. The broth is prepped 24 hours in advance, and they add extra back fat...gently caress im hungry now.
