You haven't lived until you've been utterly dominated in Quiz Bowl by a 5-day Jeopardy champ. It was like 4 or 5 years ago and I still have flashbacks.

They don't want someone who'll just run away with everything like Jennings did because its not as fun to watch. Jennings was incredibly compelling, though. I'm taking the test tomorrow. Central time zone whatuuuuuuuup

I think I did all right. Probably in the 40ish range. I think I at least put down reasonable guesses for the ones I didn't know. I do tend to fall into a groove of ignoring category names though.

I knew they taped multiple episodes in a day, but for some reason I've never thought to look at their clothes. Do they bring multiple outfits or just switch ties or do they straight up wear the same clothes?

Man it's lame as hell when all the remaining clues are for $400-$800 and there's no chance that one of the trailing players will catch up and make Final Jeopardy interesting. Also I was pretty surprised no one got Final Jeopardy. The clue was a bit vague but it wasn't too hard to work out. e: Sofi started so strong but holy poo poo as soon as she missed that Daily Double she just fell apart.
