 A bit an aside since Amazon's support was useless.

When I try and purchase the Shogun bundle Amazon keeps auto applying a gift card that I do not want to use. There is no checkbox for giftcards (unlike regular Amazon orders) with these digital bundle deals so I'm at a loss on how to stop this.

 So why is the CK2 Norse portraits/music on sale but not Old Gods itself? Could we get an Old Gods specific bundle, Tony?
