The local company handling delivery wasn't given the information for my scheduled appointment and missed it. I ended up driving to their warehouse to pick it up, which possibly could have ran afoul of Amazon's Enhanced Delivery policy (though I would have had a strong argument). Fortunately, the TV worked great. If you used scheduled delivery, call a day or two ahead to confirm your appointment.
