hey codeclords wtf is this  poo poo gets like that most of the time theres motion this is one of the frames a few frames later where it looks normal  i'm assuming this is the result of a completely loving retarded deinterlacing effort and i'm assuming theres no way to fix this without the source file but someone just tell me why this happens cause i'm curious (im not the retard encoder of this btw)
