I'm looking for an artist who can do a sort of lively and/or colorful recreation of a photo. My girlfriend's personal dog died, and being a K9 Handler with how much she loves dogs makes that a pretty big deal. I'd like to get her favorite picture of the two of them redone for her birthday coming up, especially since the picture isn't very great quality anyway.
