Because I didn't know any better, I started buying the .pdf versions of the Complete Case Files from DriveThruComics.

Buying from 2000AD I see I get both a .pdf and .cbz files, and presumably a greater share of money is likely to end up with those responsible, but otherwise is the content the same? Is Volume 1 from DriveTrhu the same as Volume 1 from 2000AD, despite the different cover?
