The main one is called Official Kodi Remote by Kodi Foundation. You could also enable remote control via HTTP in Kodi settings and use the phone web browser if you just want to make it a bookmark instead of installing anything.

The best box for Kodi currently is the Ugoos AM6B Plus because it supports all dolby vision profiles with the CoreELEC OS, without the shortcomings and weird bugs of the Shield Pro. Here's the relevant reddit thread:
