Apparently UK also has different stuff available, but the core book sold out over the before I found out about it.

Important to note this is because Modiphius is ending the Mutant Chronicles license, so this is your last chance to get the goods. I ended up having to get the dice from the UK shop because they were never going to have them available in the US.
