I haven't played SC4 since college, and back then I didn't have a clue what I was doing. In fact since Sim City first came out, I never had a clue. Didn't stop me from having a lot of fun. I love SC4's charm in its graphics and how it was displayed. I picked it up just now on Steam because of this thread, goodbye productivity...AGAIN.
