The real problem is that he isn't a force that has been shown to be threatening to the main characters at all. Like, he's appeared before, and everyone is afraid of him, but we really don't see it. He did fight Toriko in the GT Robo during the Regal Mammoth arc, but who gives a gently caress because we didn't actually see him. That's not the same thing. Now, if he appeared at some point, back handed Coco or Sani, went toe to toe with the heroes more, he'd have much more of a presence and we would have more of an idea of what were supposed to feel about this dude.

The one thing I'm wondering about is that we are getting Toriko's fight before Coco's. Isn't it pretty much an unwritten rule in Jump that the main character's fight goes last? Are they just going to skip over Coco's?
