Spider posted:youtube is a genuinely fascinating repository of video hoarder collections there's a documentary tv show called Hoarders, and it's usually about people who refuse to throw away the plastic containers you get from wonton soup and old newspapers and their entire homes are covered in this stuff to the point where it's close to crushing them to death but there was one episode where this woman had her entire home filled with VHS tapes of things she taped off of TV and she basically said "one of them might have something important that no one else has bothered to video tape so i can't bring myself to throw them away" and welp that was the day i could understand and sympathize with a hoarder

the animal hoarders make no sense because i'd think animal hoarders love animals only to not give a drat when their  beloved pet disappears under a stack of newspapers from the 1970s.
