BlueInkAlchemist posted:I backed the Flyshark smartwatch on Kickstarer as a low-cost alternative to the Pebble. While I like the hardware (1.54-inch, 240 x 240 pixel touchscreen, a heart rate monitor, a 2-megapixel camera, and a MediaTek 260MHz processor) the OS is kind of hot garbage. I've been curious to see if the Pebble OS is something I can drop onto the Flyshark so it's a bit easier to manage and has more software support. The current state of affairs with the thing is frustrating as hell. Nope, doesn't work like that.

I listen to a lot of podcasts at work and use it to pause them so I don't have to fiddle with my phone every time I talk to somebody.

I'm going to wait until pebbles are clearanced everywhere and buy a few to last until the heat death of the universe.

Jago posted:I have a Nexus 5x and got an original Pebble from my mom that she never used. I want to use it, but it interferes with my Anker Bluetooth headphones. Rapid pops and dropouts. Is this common? Is there a fix? I've had no issues with my Pebble + Nexus 5X but that's without Bluetooth headphones.
