They work, but only if you a) pair the Pebble, b) select the app in notification centre, c) select a different notification style (eg. Banners instead of Alerts), and then d) set it back to what you actually want. If/when your Pebble loses connectivity, you have to do it all over again for each app. You can actually just toggle notifications off and on for each app instead of switching styles. Just went live for me. The upgrade process and store are pretty slick. The app is a little sluggish, but definitely usable.
