Tower of Terror would have wrecked me at that age. It was the drop in the dark and the talking skull before that that always freaked me out on Pirates. The only other things I remember scaring me at Disneyland as a kid were the abominable snowman on the Mattherhorn (but that was because the day camp counselor I was with made me go on the ride) and for some reason the Tron room on the Peoplemover.
