I'm in the middle of a selection process for a sales position, did one first-contact interview with the ops manager last week and I'm waiting for the interview with the sales manager, who has the final vote. but I've just received word from the HR consultancy who contacted me in the first place, they told me that I fit the profile, but the company is "unsure" about my commitment because the position is located in a different city than my homeland, which is weird as gently caress, because I've been working there for 2+ years out of the last 3 years. They have asked me to write a motivational letter ASAP to help tip the scales in my favour. Any tips about this?
