How do you guys feel about all the tryhards that come through. I know I cant hold it against them because they are mostly doing what they think is the correct thing, but I want to know 'you' not the 'you' you faked up spending all night reading interviewing advice guides. So for further advice, all those canned answers sound like exactly that. The key is taking that advice and shaping it around your personality/skills and not being so on-the-nose with it.
