OP- you should add 'Phantom Leader' to the list. It's probably the best non-AI driven solo boardgame I've played, and the app is really solid.

It's a crying shame at how much of a missed opportunity Eclipse iOS is. In trying so hard to preserve the boardgame aspect of it, they forgot they had a thematic 4x game to riff on as well. It shouldn't have been so dry!
