I finally tried Flor de Caņa, their Centenario Gold, which is aged for 18 years. Probably my new favourite rum. Also going to check out these sweet ones mentioned in the last page, when I get a chance.

Treated myself to a birthday gift as I was passing through Madrid Airport: got a bottle of Flor de Caņa Centenario Gold, which is aged for 18 years. Has anyone else drank this and formed an opinion? I hate to say it, because I was so prepared to enjoy this drink, but it's kinda one-dimensional for me. A bit of sweetness, a punch of vanilla and then the alcohol sharpness as it goes down. edit: This is drinking neat, once with ice and once without.
