Xenon and Albion ships also use MAM Warheads. If you've got the clout, start blowing up M6 and higher of those races to start collecting their leftover warheads. Otherwise, skulk around military outposts and MAM production facilities waiting for Terran arms dealers and force them to dump cargo.
